I had my first capoeira music class yesterday. It was also my first class taught by Mestre Valdir (equivalent to Kyoshi Richards at karate) rather than Formada Vicky (equivalent to a first or second dan black belt, I think). Maybe I'm possessed

I bought makeup.

On the plus side, it's purple and glittery.

I also have matching black-feather earrings and fascinator.

(For the karate club's 30th anniversary shindig. Black tie/dress to impress. I've decided to goth up.)
