Oh, Lost Girl has replaced Smallville as my Awesome Terrible Show, and Merlin has got promoted

That said, every Merlin episode ever (I've only watched about six!) goes like this:

Merlin: *DOES NOT CRY MANLY TEARS*
Arthur: I AM TOO FUCKING STUPID TO LIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!!!!
Morgana: WIDE-EYED AND BREATHY IS LIKE EVIL, YES?
Agravaine: I AM CLEARLY EVIL LOLZ, WITH MY EVIL FACE AND MY EVIL WARDROBE AND MY EVIL EVULZ.
Gwen: *HEAVING BOSOM IS HEAVING*
Strapping Young Man: *IS TOPLESS*
Gaius: *IS CURMUDGEONLY DUE TO SOLITARY BURDEN OF NOT BEING A COMPLETE MORON*

I gave up on Lost Girl fairly early, not because I disliked it specifically just it hadn't grabed me and I was swamped with other stuff-is it worth catching the inevitable repeats then?

And yeah, that's a pretty good summary of most of what I've watched.

You know, I still don't know if Lost Girl is worth watching, and I've seen the entire first season now. It's all over the Rape Is Okay When It's Female On Male trope. (But then, I watched Dollhouse, so this is just gender-balancing the icky books.) And frankly, it's nothing special. It's like when you can't decide if you like food or not so you keep eating it till you make a decision.
